Most products are available for return with a minimum 15%-25% or $10, which ever is greater, restocking fee within a 15 day time period from receipt of product. Refunds are often not available for custom made/designed products. Microphones, ear-phones, headsets, software, tape, gel and lamps are not returnable for refund if opened. Items returned damaged, missing original packaging or not in new condition will be assessed additional restocking charges. If you wish to return a product to us for refund, please contact us for an return authorization number and the appropriate shipping address.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Additionally, we will deduct actual shipping costs from all returns that qualified for free outbound shipping.
